You will use our address as your mailing address. Mail is delivered to us, then processed into your virtual mailbox account. Once it has been entered and scanned, you’ll receive a notification that you have new mail.
You can still pick up your mail or packages in person with a virtual mailbox plan. To do so, request pickup through the platform’s app so we can prepare your items and confirm they are released to you properly.
Recipient limits depend on the plan you choose. Each individual must complete their own USPS Form 1583, except for minors, who can be listed in Section 12 of the form.
Billing is fully managed through the platform. If you have any billing questions, issues, or requests for refunds, please reach out directly to their customer service team for assistance.
Yes. You can receive packages from major carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Packages are held securely until you choose forwarding or pickup through the platform.
Storage fees may apply if mail or packages sit for an extended period. We recommend checking your account regularly to avoid delays or extra charges.
Yes. Forwarding is separate from your virtual mailbox service. You’ll pay postage plus any applicable handling fees based on the size, weight, and destination of the mail or package.
