Can I bring an item in unpacked? +

Yes. You can bring your item in packed or unpacked. If it needs packaging, we can help choose the right materials and pack it for safer shipping.

What shipping service is usually the most affordable? +

Often, USPS Ground Advantage is the most cost-effective option for small, lightweight packages when speed is not the top priority. We still compare options for you, since the best value can vary depending on the size, weight, and destination.

Can I ship large or heavy items? +

Yes, within carrier size and weight limits. All carriers also have maximum size rules based on package length + girth.

FedEx & UPS: up to 150 lbs (over that is typically freight)
USPS: up to 70 lbs

Common extra charges by the carrier:
Additional Handling Fee - may apply for heavy, large, or non-standard packages/packaging.
