What is the standard business card size? +

Standard business cards are 3.5x2 inches.

How long does turnaround take? +

Most orders are ready within 24 hours. Larger quantities or more complex jobs may take longer, and we’ll give you an estimated turnaround time when you place your order. Business card orders placed by 12 PM are typically ready for pickup by 12 PM the following business day.

Is there a minimum order quantity? +

It depends on the product. Some items like business cards have a minimum order quantity. For items printed in multiples per sheet — like stickers and labels — orders are rounded up to the nearest full sheet. Ask us when you place your order and we will let you know what applies to your specific job.

Can I send a Canva file? +

Yes, just export your design from Canva as a PDF. When saving, select the PDF Print option for the best print quality. Then upload the PDF with your order details.

Can I reorder the same design later? +

Yes, we save your files and designs. Just email us that you would like to reorder the same product and we will have it printed and ready for you.
