Frequently Asked Questions
A private mailbox gives you a real street address and can receive deliveries from all major carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and more. A P.O. Box is a USPS-only service and uses P.O. Box formatting, which is not accepted by many carriers or on certain business forms.
Yes, many customers use their mailbox address for business mail, invoices, stationery, and general correspondence. However, a mailbox rental address should not be used as your Google Business Profile address listing unless your business actually operates from and is staffed at that location during posted hours, per Google's guidelines.
Your mailing address will use our real street address with your private mailbox number instead of a P.O. Box format.

7272 S. 76th St #___
Franklin, WI 53132
This allows you to receive mail and packages from all major carriers.

Yes, but only if they are authorized. This includes anyone listed in Section 5 of your USPS 1583 form who has provided the required identification, or anyone else with their own completed Form 1583 for the same mailbox.
Yes, we can forward your mail to another address. Forwarding costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the mail or package, and payment must be made in advance before forwarding is processed.
Packages that do not fit in your mailbox are held behind the counter for up to 10 business days. After that, storage fees may apply.
You will need to complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two forms of identification: one valid photo ID and one address ID showing your current residential address. Visit our mailbox setup page for full requirements and step-by-step instructions.
We understand how frustrating this can be. Early “Delivered” scans and occasional misdeliveries do happen, and some packages may arrive later even after being marked delivered. We’ll do what we can to help check for it, but our responsibility begins only when our staff physically receive the item inside the store during posted business hours. If the package still cannot be located, the customer will need to contact the carrier or seller to start a trace or claim. Please avoid Amazon deliveries outside our business hours, as Amazon may leave packages outside a closed business.
