Yes. We accept Amazon returns that are labeled, packed, and ready to go. We cannot accept loose items or QR-code-only returns at this time. If you need packaging, you can purchase it in store, and we can print your label for $1. See our Amazon return guide for step-by-step help.
We accept prepaid package drop-offs for FedEx, UPS, and USPS in one convenient stop.
Yes. The easiest way is to email the file directly to us from your phone’s email app. If you have print instructions, please include them in the email.
We do not accept Amazon, UPS, or Happy Returns QR codes at this time. FedEx QR codes may work, but a printed label is recommended whenever possible.
No. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is required. Calling ahead is encouraged so we can be ready for you. If your document needs witnesses, let us know in advance because witness availability may vary.
A private mailbox gives you a real street address instead of a PO Box number. That can look more professional for business use and may be required by some retailers or shippers. Unlike a PO Box, a private mailbox can receive packages from major carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We also offer mail and package notifications, and mail forwarding is available.
Yes. We offer secure on-site shredding, so documents are destroyed here rather than sent off-site. Same-day shredding is available when possible, and our shred is microcut (P-4) for added security.
