Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Email your file to us with your print preferences. If your file is in Google Drive or Dropbox, send a shareable link so we can access and download it.
We accept PDFs, Word documents, JPEGs, PNGs, Adobe Illustrator files, and most common file formats. PDF is always preferred and recommended whenever possible, since it helps preserve your layout, fonts, and formatting. If you are not sure your file will work, email it to us or bring it in and we’ll take a look.
Most copying jobs are ready the same day. Larger or more complex orders may take longer depending on the quantity and finishing requested.
